PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile electronic apparatus capable of operating a crime prevention function, even if a battery pack is removed. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a first battery, a second battery, a controller, a power supply controller, a voltage detector, a crime prevention unit, and a capacitor. The first battery is held in a detachable from and attachable to a housing. The second battery is fixed to the housing. The power supply controller controls power supplied to the controller from the first battery and the second battery. The voltage detector detects voltage supplied from the first battery and voltage supplied from the second battery. The crime prevention unit activates a crime prevention mode for informing that it is emergency. The capacitor is charged by the first battery or the second battery, and is connected in the status in which power can be supplied to the controller, regardless of a control state at the power supply controller. When voltage supplied from the first battery is equal to or more than a first set value, the power supply controller supplies power supplied from the first battery to the controller.
