PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dangerous vehicle determination device for specifying a risk according to the circumstances of a vehicle by using only much smaller amounts of information and a driving support system using this hazard vehicle determination device. SOLUTION: A dangerous vehicle determination device is provided with: a plurality of antennas each of which has different directivity; an acceleration acquisition means for acquiring the acceleration of a self-vehicle and circumferential vehicles; a reception power acquisition means for acquiring the reception power of radio waves to be transmitted from the circumferential vehicles by each of the plurality of antennas; a mean reception power calculation means for averaging the reception power of each of those antennas by using predetermined weight coefficients for each of those antennas; and a risk determination means for, when relative acceleration between the self-vehicle and each of the prescribed number of vehicles whose calculated mean reception power is a high order is equal to or more than a prescribed threshold, determining that the vehicle is a dangerous vehicle.
