PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable radio set which can be mounted in a portable radio set holding case without detaching an antenna, and never interferes with a carrying handle when the antenna is turned. SOLUTION: The portable radio set having a rotary connector 4 fitted to an external surface of the case 1 and the antenna 3 fitted through the rotary connector 4, and held in the stationary type storage case is characterized in that the axis of rotation of the rotary connector 4 is inclined downward at a first angle in relation to a vertical line to a side surface of the case 1 and a vertex angle of the plane of rotation of the rotary connector is an angle obtained by subtracting the double of a second angle not larger than the first angle from 180°.
