PURPOSE: A device and a method for managing clients at real time and advertisement, event performing using a wireless terminal device are provided to use SMS(Short Message Service)/MMS(Multi-media Message Service) and transmit message content coincides with a specific marketing and a specific customer group, thereby realizing more optimized and customized target marketing. CONSTITUTION: All kinds of basic information of a client is collected from terminals(100) of on-the-spot business subjects. Marketing contents is transmitted to a client who is coincide with the requirement of on-the-spot business subject by using SMS/MMS bases on information of purchasing tendency analyzed on the base of all kind of information of the client. A central DB server(300) of CRM(Customer Relationship Management) device stores purchasing tendency DB(300b) set by analyzing basic information. A first wireless network(200) and a second wireless network(400) are connected to the central DB server by wireless. |
