PURPOSE: A nursery school child management method and a system thereof are provided to provide various types of comments and photographing information about nursery school child to parent of a nursery school child, thereby enabling parents to check the growth and learning effect of the nursery school child one by one. CONSTITUTION: An observation journal management module(110) records observation journals about nursery school children. A life observation comment management module(120) evaluates life evaluation items according to life evaluation areas of the nursery school children. The life observation comment management module automatically charges comments to life evaluation result. An image management module(125) records photographing information photographed life style of the nursery school children with a camera as video or photo types. The video management module adds comments to the recorded result.
