PURPOSE: A ginseng flavor feedstock composition for spraying and a method of using the same are provided to emphasize the image of ginseng with natural ginseng flavor and to inspire the curiosity and willingness to purchase the ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A ginseng flavor feedstock composition for spraying includes: ginseng flavor of 40-50 weight%, cinnamon oil of 0.1-0.2 weight%, clove oil of 0.1-0.2 weight%, pine oil 0.1-0.2 weight%, maltol of 40-55 weight%, and propylene glycol of 4-5 weight%. The ginseng flavor is the fresh ginseng flavor obtained by condensing and concentrating the steam vapor generated when steaming the flesh ginseng. The ginseng flavor is the ginseng flavor by condensing and concentrating the vapor generated when steaming the red ginseng. The fresh ginseng flavor and the red ginseng flavor are mixed at the weight ratio of 1-2 : 0.5-1 in the ginseng flavor.
