PURPOSE: A prepreg is provided to ensure less thermal change and size stability by using organic or inorganic woven fabric and/or non-waven fabric with excellent mechanical strength and an aromatic polyester amide copolymer having low absorption. CONSTITUTION: An aromatic polyester amide copolymer comprises 20-25 mole% of repeating unit derived from aromatic diols. The repeating unit contains a repeating unit derived from resorcinol and a repeating unit derived from at least one compound of biphenol and hydroquinone.
