PURPOSE: A trip device is provided to be applied to high and small rating MCCBs(Molded Case Circuit Breakers) by including the advantages of a directly heated trip device and an indirectly heated trip device. CONSTITUTION: A power heater(210) is connected to a power source of a MCCB. A load side heater(220) is connected to the load side of the MCCB. One side of a bimetal(230) is fixed between the power side heater and the load side heater. The bimetal has a direct heating unit and an indirectly heating unit. The direct heating unit is contacted with the power side heater. The indirect heating unit faces the power side heater. The power side heater is fixed to the first surface of the bimetal. The load side heater is fixed to the second surface of the bimetal.
