<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition preventing reduction of thermal stability, a molecular weight and impact-resistance of a polycarbonate resin when a diglycerine fatty acid ester is used as an antistatic and having excellent transparency and antistatic performance, and its manufacturing method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The polycarbonate resin composition (D) contains the polycarbonate resin (A), the diglycerine fatty acid ester (B) and a phosphorous antioxidant (C) as indispensable components. In the antistatic polycarbonate resin composition with less reduction of the molecular weight and its manufacturing method, when a viscosity average molecular weight of the polycarbonate resin (A) is made as MW0 and a viscosity average molecular weight of the polycarbonate resin composition (D) is made as MW1, a value obtained by reducing MW1 from MW0 is 600 or lower. The antistatic polycarbonate resin composition is excellent in not only an antistatic property but also impact-resistance and transparency, and is preferably used for use in which it is transparent and deposition of dusts is abhorred, for example a peripheral member of a light source and a molded article in which a content can be confirmed.
