An air-conditioning device (1) is provided with a refrigerant circuit (10), an electromagnetic induction heating unit (6), and an outdoor control part (11a). The refrigerant circuit (10) comprises a compressor (21), an indoor heat exchanger (41), an expansion valve (24) and an outdoor heat exchanger (23). The electromagnetic induction heating unit (6) heats the refrigerant that flows in the refrigerant circuit (10). The outdoor control part (11a) executes a first stop control when stopping the compressor (21) during the simultaneous operation of the compressor (21) and the electromagnetic induction heating unit (6). The first stop control is a control that sends out a signal for stopping the electromagnetic induction heating unit (6), and then, after the elapse of a prescribed period of time, sends out a signal for stopping the compressor (21). No-refrigerant heating by the electromagnetic induction heating unit (6) can be inhibited thereby.
