PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing recycled asphalt concrete at normal temperature is provided to prevent waste asphalt concrete from adhering to the interior surface of a storage hopper by employing an air knocker and a liner in the storage hopper. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing recycled asphalt concrete at normal temperature comprises a mixing unit, a waste asphalt concrete supply unit, and an emulsifier supply unit. The mixing unit comprises a rotary mixer. The waste asphalt concrete supply unit for supplying aggregate including waste asphalt concrete to the mixer(122) comprises a waste asphalt concrete storage hopper for keeping aggregate, a first air knocker coupled to a side wall of the storage hopper, and a first liner which is formed on the interior of the storage hopper. The emulsifier supply unit supplies emulsifier for manufacturing recycled asphalt concrete at normal temperature to the mixer. |
