PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a response delay of the brake control air of a pole trailer. SOLUTION: A jumper hose 24 for operating a brake is meandered without being bundled in a spiral shape and suspended at a side of a draw bar 14, and thereby a necessary length of the jumper hose 24 to follow the elongation/contraction of the draw bar 14 is shortened and the response delay of the brake control air is eliminated. In the shortened state of the draw bar 14 having a multi-stage telescopic structure in which a plurality of pipes having analog cross-sectional shapes are slidably combined, the jumper hose 24 is bundled to be meandered to right and left sides at the side of the draw bar 14, and thereby interference between the jumper hose 24 and a jumper cable 26 in the longitudinal direction of the draw bar 14 is prevented.
