<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give an examinee, at a collision in simulated driving, the vibration same as that in an actual collision. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a driving simulator, multiple types of acceleration to be produced in a simulated vehicle are stored in advance in an HDD 14b, in association with the direction of the force applied to the collision part of an examinee's virtual vehicle when the examinee's virtual vehicle collides with another virtual vehicle, and at least one of the collision part, traveling direction, mass, speed of the examinee's virtual vehicle, and the traveling direction, mass, speed of another virtual vehicle when the examinee's virtual vehicle collides with another virtual vehicle. The direction of the force applied to the collision part of the examinee's virtual vehicle when another virtual vehicle collides with the examinee's virtual vehicle is estimated (116). The acceleration corresponding to the estimated direction of the force and corresponding to at least one of the followings is obtained (118) from the HDD 14b: the collision part, traveling direction, mass, speed of the examinee's virtual vehicle, and the traveling direction, mass, and speed of another virtual vehicle.
