PURPOSE: A filtering device for turbid wastewater and a wastewater processing facility including the same are provided to filter wastewater before discharging of the wastewater through a multi-stage filtering process by a plurality of filters. CONSTITUTION: A filtering device for turbid wastewater includes filter media filtering wastewater, a support part combined to detach and attach the filter media, and a main body in which an inlet and an outlet are formed. The filter media is installed in a processing direction of the wastewater. A filtering particle in the inlet of the main body is bigger than the filtering particle by the filter media. The filter media includes filter paper and a screen. A wastewater processing facility includes a treatment flow-path(10), a pumping part(20), and a filter(30) installed at a wastewater processing channel.
