摘要 PURPOSE: A structure of a tandem type solar battery and an implementation method thereof are provided to accomplish high photoelectric conversion efficiency by absorbing sunlight in a broadband and converting the sunlight to electric energy. CONSTITUTION: A concave mirror type bottom contact is prepared. A conductivity optical reflector is formed on the bottom contact. The conductivity optical reflector diffuses light in a pyramid shape pattern. An optical absorber is consecutively laminated on the upper part of the bottom contact. A conductive tunneling junction layer is formed between the consecutively laminated optical absorption layers. A reflection barrier layer is formed on the upper part the optical absorption layer.
