The invention has an integrated photonic guide (2) crossing structure that achieves minimum insertion losses and signal crosstalk. The design of this crossing is such that the guides (2), before crossing and up to the moment of crossing (5) start to increase and decrease the derivative of their width more than once, finally decreasing it at the moment of crossing (5).
