The device has ducts (61, 62) mounted in parallel with a gas cooling exchanger (5), where the exchanger is equipped with a by-pass (6). The ducts have communication units communicating with a lower case (52) of the exchanger. A quantity estimation unit (521) estimates the quantity of the condensate in the exchanger case. Controlling units control the switching of inlet gas flow permitting to pass the gas flow in the exchanger or to exterior of the exchanger in the duct (61) based on the estimated quantity to re-evaporate a part of the condensate. |
