USE OF TRIM72 AS A TARGET FOR MUSCLE AND HEART ENHANCER

PURPOSE: A composition containing inhibitor of TRIM72 protein expression or activation for enhancing muscle or heart is provided to treat obesity and diabetes type 2 without side effects. CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing muscle or heart contains an inhibitor of TRIM72 protein expression or activation as an active ingredient. The TRIM72 protein has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1 or 2. An inhibitor of TRIM72 expression or activation is TRIM72 siRNA(short interfering RNA) or transcription gene thereof. The TRIM72 siRNA has an nucleic acid of sequence number 3. A method for screening a muscle or heart enhancer comprises: a step of treating certain drug to animal cells in which TRIM72 protein is expressed; and a step of comparing with a control group to determine reduction of TRIM72 protein expression.
