PURPOSE: A method and a system for breaking and releasing standby power are provided to improve the convenience of use by automatically supplying external power to a standby power breaker if the external power is necessary. CONSTITUTION: A main circuit breaker(1) breaks external power supply. A standby power breaker(4-6) breaks the external power supply to an electronic device except for the electric device connected to a normal power circuit breaker(2,3). A switch relay(7) connects the main circuit breaker to a standby power breaker. A current transformer senses the current outputted from the standby power breaker. A current amplifier amplifies the current outputted from the current transformer. A control system controls the switch relay according to the amount of currents outputted from the current amplifier. |
