PURPOSE: A steering roll connector device of a vehicle with an improved neutral pin structure is provided to reduce the number of manufacturing processes and the manufacturing cost of parts by improving a structure to automatically cancel the function of the neutral pin in assembling. CONSTITUTION: A steering roll connector device of a vehicle with an improved neutral pin structure comprises a rotating member(20), a fixing member(30), a flat cable, and a neutral pin(40). The rotating member includes the coupling groove coupled to the steering column of a vehicle. The fixing member comprises a through-hole facing the coupling groove. The fixing member is coupled to the rotating member to be able to rotate relatively to the rotating member. The flat cable is arranged in the space formed by the rotating member and the fixing member. The neutral pin is installed on the rotating member.
