PURPOSE: A water purification system for functional water is provided to effectively sterilize water which is stored in a storage tank of a water purifier, and to reduce processing costs of the water purification. CONSTITUTION: A water purification system for functional water includes the following: a filter part(120) purifying water to a pure state with a filter; a storage tank(140) storing the purified water through the filter part; and a return line(170) sending minerals extracted through an electrolysis device(160) to the storage tank. In the water purification system, minerals are separately extracted through the electrolysis device. The electrolysis device is installed at a line connecting the filter part and the storage tank.
