PURPOSE: A system and a method for lighting inside human body and obtaining the images are provided to improve the quality of acquired images by interchanging the location of a projector with that of a light source. CONSTITUTION: A micro-sized light source device(15) is used to the inside of human body. A reflector(13) reflects the light all around. A lighting window(11) diffuses the light of light source around. The lighting window makes the human body image passed through. An image acquisition device obtains the image of the inside human body. A transmission apparatus transmits the image to the outside. A receiving device receives the transmitted images from the outside of the human body. The micro-sized light source device has a usable size in the digestive organ of the inside human body. The reflector reflects the incident light of a cone or polypyramid shape capable of obtaining the human body images at various angles.
