PURPOSE: An output driver circuit is provided to distinguish controlling effect of driving strength by offering a test mode separately controlling the driving strength of data driving and the driving strength of data strobing signal driving. CONSTITUTION: A counter part(2) responses to a test control signal. The counter part counts at least one code signal. A decoding signal generating unit(3) decodes the code signal. The decoding signal generating unit generates a plurality of decoding signals. A selection conveying part(4) responses to the test enable signal. The selection conveying part transfers the decoding signals to a plurality of DQS driving control signals. |
