The invention aims to provide a fluororubber composition for cell seals of fuel cells which brings about improvement in the quality and productivity of cell seals of fuel cells by crosslinking a burr formed in an air-vent area in the step of forming a cell seal of a fuel cell and thereby inhibiting a fuel cell gasket from coming away. A fluororubber composition for cell seals of fuel cells, characterized in that the composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a peroxide-crosslinkable, fluorine-containing rubber which has a fluorine content of 64wt% or above and bears crosslinking sites due to a bromine-and/or iodine-containing compound, 0.3 to 6 parts by weight of an organic peroxide, and 1 to 10 parts by weight of a polyfunctional monomer and that the fluorine-containing rubber comprises at least one fluorine-containing olefin and at least one fluorine-containing diene having 4 to 10 carbon atoms with the total content of the diene being 0.01 to 10 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the total of the olefin. |
