<p>PURPOSE: A multilayer video lecture contents providing method and a system thereof are provided to dynamically supply all kinds of elements to various independent layers by systematically decomposing problem solving processes of a lecturer, thereby solving a problem. CONSTITUTION: Problem contents are provided to a preset problem contents providing area of a video lecture screen(S11). Condition information contents are provided to the preset condition information contents providing area of the video lecture screen(S12).
