PURPOSE: A vinyl pack for maintaining food freshness is provided, which enables the long-term preservation of food by preventing the decay of the food in a vinyl pack. CONSTITUTION: A vinyl pack for maintaining food freshness is manufactured using the following steps: a step of removing foreign materials; a step of cutting an object into a constant size and aging it at 35~40°C for 30~50 days; a step of collecting the antibiotic extracts of a lower layer by centrifugation at 2,000-3,000G; a step of refining the collected antibiotic extracts; a step of separating the antibiotic extracts of the lower layer by centrifugation at 2,000-3,000G; a step of freezing and drying the first dried extract after drying the separated extract; and a step of mixing the dried powder 2~4 wt% with molten polyethylene and processing it in a roller.
