PURPOSE: A reference voltage circuit is provided to generate a reference voltage independent of temperature by making a source and a back-gate a short circuit. CONSTITUTION: A voltage reference circuit generates a reference voltage. A current supply circuit has an input terminal and first and the second output terminals. A current is inputted to the input terminal. The gate of a first MOS transistor is connected to the first output terminal. A source and back-gate are connected to the first power source. A drain is connected to the first output terminal through a first resistor. The gate of a second MOS transistor is connected to a connecting point of the first MOS transistor and the first resistor. The source and the back-gate are connected to the first power source. The drain is connected to the input terminal. A second resistor is interposed between the second output terminal and the first power source terminal. |
