PURPOSE: An ozone destruction device using a low temperature plasma reactor and an ozone destruction device thereof are provided to reduce costs for repairing and maintaining the ozone destruction device, and to prevent a risk of fire when activated charcoal is combusted. CONSTITUTION: A low temperature plasma reactor includes the following: an adsorptive dielectric(2) adsorbing ozone; a plasma reactor(1) equipped inside a discharge electrode(4) and is filled with non-adsorptive dielectric(3) equipped on the rear of the adsorptive dielectric; an exhaust gas inlet(14) receiving exhaust gas including ozone; an inert gas inlet(15) receiving the inert gas producing plasma; and a voltage supply device(11) applying voltage to the discharge electrode.
