PURPOSE: An insulator assembling device is provided to produce mass insulator assemblies with low costs within a short time by assembling a bolt and a washer on a rubber for an insulator. CONSTITUTION: An insulator assembling device(1) comprises a rubber feeding unit(10), a transfer unit(20), a bolt mounting unit(30), and a washer assembling unit(40). A rubber feeder(3) of the rubber feeding unit automatically arranges and supplies rubbers. The transfer unit has a transfer body(21) and a transfer member(22). The transfer member transfers the rubber guided through the transfer body for unit time up to unit distance. The bolt mounting unit has a bolt feeder(31) and a bolt mounting unit(32). The bolt mounting unit collects a bolt provided by the bolt feeder and mounts the bolt on the fixing hole of the rubber. The washer assembling unit has a washer feeder and a washer assembling member. |
