An apparatus, comprising a grinding wheel, tire totating device, RFV standard value memory circuit, pulse signal generator and compression spring, can grind and adjust the tire surface where is much of RFV value by the signals from the memory circuit and from the pulse generator. Grinding wheel is pressed by the compression spring when grinding the tire surface, and the tire rotating device and grinding wheel can be movable forward or backwards by magnetic force.
