<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device that is compact, easy to transport, and easy of storing. <P>SOLUTION: The seat device comprises a seat 110 in a first plane, a backrest 130 arranged in a second plane and coupled to the above seat 100, and side supports which are a plurality of side supports coupled to the backrest 130 and include a pair of horizontal supports 160 and a pair of waist supports 210.
