PURPOSE: A high power board breaker is provided to increase revenue through increase of electrical power sales by shortening power outage time. CONSTITUTION: A phase protecting relay(1) and an under voltage relay are installed in a customer premise to determine accurately the restoring status of voltage. A breaker is turned off according to the operation of overload current relay in a situation when malfunction occurs in a customer premise. A first contact point of a first coil is inserted in the excited state of the first coil. A second contact point of a second coil is inserted in the excited state of the second coil.
