PURPOSE: A hybrid type power supply unit is provided to charge an electric vehicle in real time during driving by charging one of first and second batteries with the electrical energy obtained by fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: First and second batteries(10, 20) are used as the power source of an electric vehicle. A fuel battery(30) is installed in the electric vehicle. The fuel battery charges the first and second storage batteries by outputting the electricity. A charging state measuring unit(40) measures the charging state of the first and second batteries. A control unit(50) receives a charging value of the first and second batteries measured by the charging state measuring unit.
