PURPOSE: A pinch roll device for control of a rolling force is provided to transfer a strip in a uniform direction by sensing and compensating the thickness of the strip, thereby reducing failure rate. CONSTITUTION: A pinch roll device for control of a rolling force comprises a roller part(10), a load cell part(30), and a driving part(40). The roller part rolling a strip(1) includes a first upper roller(12), a second upper roller(14), and a lower roller(16). The first upper roller presses the upper side of the strip. The second upper roller is located separate from the first upper roller and presses the upper side of the strip. The lower roller presses the lower side of the strip. The load cell part senses the load applied to the roller part. The driving part is operated according to the measured value of the load cell part and controls the height of the roller part.
