METHOD OF PRODUCING HYALURONIDASES IN PLANT SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for preparing hyaluronidase using a plant is provided to obtain hyaluronidase with high activation and to commercialize the hyaluronidase. CONSTITUTION: A plant expression vector is linked with mosaic virus(CaMV) 35S promoter, amylase protein leader sequence, hyaluronidase gene, and histidine tag in order. The plant expression vector is Pbi121 vector. The hyaluronidase gene sequence is selected from sequence numbers 1-4. The amylase protein leader sequence is a sequence of sequence number 5. A method for preparing hyaluronidase comprises: a step of preparing the plant expression vector; a step of preparing Agrobacteria which is transformed with the expression vector; a step of co-culturing the Agrobacteria with a plant or culture cells to obtain a transgenic plant which is able to express hyaluronidase; a step of culturing the transgenic plant; and isolating and purifying hyaluronidase.
