PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide tube to which an insertion part 8a of an endoscope is inserted, which is capable of suppressing the decrease of exciting force to cilia. SOLUTION: The guide tube 10 includes: a tube 24; a ciliary part 30 which is disposed on an outer circumferential part of the tube 24 and is composed of many cilia 31 inclined in the longitudinal direction of the tube 24; and a bag body 41 as a pressing mechanism for pressing an insertion part 8 of the endoscope inserted to the inside of the tube 24.
