<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a solid collage having depth created with ruggedness by utilizing a Japanese paper material, which used to be not achieved conventionally. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of solid collage comprises the following processes: a first process in which a base picture (2) is freely attachably/detachably pasted on the surface of a base board (1) made up of a cardboard, wooden plate, poster panel, etc., and in which grooves (5) are carved along the contour (4) of a pattern (3) of the base picture (2); a second process in which the pattern (3) is removed from the base picture (2), with a Japanese paper material (6) pasted on a portion where the pattern was, and with the outer side cut off by leaving the outer pieces (7) of the contour (4) of the pattern (3); and a third process in which the outer pieces (7) of the pattern (3) are inserted into the grooves (5), forming pattern markings (8) in a solid part on the surface of the base board (1).
