<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and speedily unlatch a front holder from inside a housing by pushing a restraining lock section provided on the front holder. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The front holder 24 can be unlatched from an inner housing 23 by allowing fitting unlatching pins 12, 13 of the front holder unlatching tool K for unlatching the attachment of the front holder 24 to the inner housing 23 going through fitting unlatching holes 28, 29 from an end surface on a rear side to an end surface on a front side in the inner housing 23 to press the outer surface of the front holder 24 facing an opening of the fitting unlatching holes 28, 29 in the end surface on the front side of the inner housing 23.
