<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar simulator capable of avoiding degradation of quality that has been considered a conventional problem. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The solar simulator (1) is equipped with a lamp (11) for having a light similar to sunlight irradiated; a light control disk (30), which permits transmission of light and performs light control of the light; a lens (14) which receives the light, after light control and makes it parallel light; and a reflecting plate (15), which receives the parallel light and reflects it toward an object.
