Disclosed is a polycarbonate resin composition which has a high degree of biomass (degree of vegetation), excellent environmental performance, high liquidity and high impact resistance, excellent flame resistance and heat resistance, and which provides a compact with excellent formation appearance, by blending a lignophenol (B) in a specific ratio with a polycarbonate resin (A) or with a resin mixture (C) comprised of the component (A) and a polylactic acid and/or a copolymer containing a polylactic acid.
