PURPOSE: A tuning knob mounting structure of a vehicle air vent is provided to easily assembly a tuning knob and to minimize the contact area of a horizontal wing. CONSTITUTION: A tuning knob mounting structure of a vehicle air vent comprises horizontal blades(20), vertical blades(30), tuning knob(40) which is installed on the horizontal blade in order to be horizontally moveable, and a connecting part which is installed in the rear side of the tuning knob which is composed of an upper body coupled to the upper part of the horizontal blade and a lower body coupled to the lower part of the horizontal blade and including the connecting part. A receiving tube is formed on the lower surface of the upper body of the tuning knob. An inserting tube inserted into the receiving tube is formed on the upper surface of the lower body. A transfer guide hole in which the receiving tube is penetrated is formed at the center of the upper surface of the horizontal blade in which the tuning knob is assembled.
