<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyless entry system which enables compatibility between a communicable distance and a response speed of in-vehicle control equipment. <P>SOLUTION: Since a configuration signal b1 of a second telecommunicable signal B is utilized for a transmission means for transmitting a first signal A at a high bit rate, the first signal A at the high bit rate can be transmitted to a receiver 20 even when an operation is performed at long range.
