<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection device for an internal combustion engine, capable of surely injecting fuel even under high fuel pressure, while reducing a minimum injection quantity of the fuel. <P>SOLUTION: A high set load fuel injection valve 5a having a high set load is arranged in one of the two intake ports 3 opening in the same cylinder 2, and a low set load fuel injection valve 5b having a low set load is arranged in the other, respectively. A needle valve 10 of the high set load fuel injection valve 5a is opened when fuel pressure in a delivery pipe 6 is low, and the respective fuel injection valves 5 are controlled so as to close the needle valve 10 of the low set load fuel injection valve 5b, and when the fuel pressure in the delivery pipe 6 is high, the low set load fuel injection valve 5b is controlled so as to open the needle valve 10 of the low set load fuel injection valve 5b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
