<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a characteristic shift of a transistor caused as light with intense energy is made incident on a channel of a transistor forming a sub-pixel. <P>SOLUTION: A light shield body 303G having a width larger than the channel width of a writing transistor 23 is provided between, for example, a G pixel 20G adjacent to a B pixel 20B and the B pixel 20B to block (cut off) blue light emitted by the B pixel 20B and made incident on pixels 20R and 20G, thereby suppressing the characteristic shift due to an influence of irradiation of the channel of the writing transistor 23 with the blue light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
