<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifying unit capable of improving the moisture desorbing performance of a humidification rotor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The humidifying unit includes: the humidification rotor 51; a humidification passage passing through the humidification rotor 51; a heat generating body 104 provided a the upstream side from the humidification rotor 51 of the humidification passage; and a humidification side air distributing part 105 arranged between the heat generating body 104 and the humidification rotor 51. The humidification side air distributing part 105 distributes air from the heat generating body 104 to the inner peripheral edge, a central part (portion between the inner peripheral edge and outer peripheral edge) and the outer peripheral edge of the humidification rotor 51. Thus, since air heated by the heat generating body 104 is made pass through not only the central part of the humidification rotor 51 but also the inner peripheral edge and the outer peripheral edge of the humidification rotor 51, portions of the humidification rotor 51 heated by the air can be increased.
