<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter support using a porous membrane excellent in the shape storage property of a processed pleated product and emitting little out gas and a filter using the support. <P>SOLUTION: The filter support is composed of a long fiber nonwoven fabric made of a polyester, having Metsuke (weight per unit surface area) of 20 to 100 g/m<SP>2</SP>, and embossed in pressure-bonding surface area of 8 to 18% and 0.7 to 5.0 g/m<SP>2</SP>of a thermoplastic resin as a heat bonding component containing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer with a melting point of 100 to 140°C supplied to the surface in at least one side of the long fiber nonwoven fabric. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
