PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the information quantity of assigned information to be transmitted and received between each transmission apparatus and receiver. SOLUTION: In the transmission method for wirelessly transmitting signals from a plurality of transmission apparatus to a single receiving device, the transmission apparatus each generate clusters whose number is smaller than the total number of a plurality of frequency signals to be transmitted, and arrange the clusters to resource blocks including a plurality of discrete spectra, wherein the arrangement is executed based on only the propagation characteristics in each of the transmission apparatus.
