PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a so-called self-propelled guide tube 10 allowing the distal end to be inserted into a prescribed target position, a guide tube device 20 having the guide tube 10, and an endoscope system 1 having he guide tube 10. SOLUTION: The guide tube 10 includes a tube body 24, a ciliated part 30 provided in an outer peripheral portion of the tube body 24 and composed of a number of cilia 31 inclined in the longitudinal direction of the tube body 24, and a vibration part 29 for vibrating the ciliated part 30 to advance the tube body 24 in the longitudinal direction.
