<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing waterproof structure capable of reducing a housing, and providing full waterproofing performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This housing waterproof structure includes: a front-side housing constituent member (for instance, comprising a front-side sheet-metal housing constituent part 9 and a front-side resin housing constituent part 10) and a rear-side housing constituent member 5, which are mounted to face each other to constitute a housing 1a; an inner arrangement member arranged inside the housing 1a; and a housing waterproof gasket 12, attached tightly to both the front-side housing constituent member and the rear-side housing constituent member 5. An arrangement region 40 of the housing waterproof gasket 12 is delimited, by at least an outer peripheral surface 15 of the inner arrangement member and an inner surface 14 of a top plate of the front-side housing constituent member. The housing waterproof gasket 12, arranged in the arrangement region 40, is brought into a compressed state by being sandwiched between the inner surface 14 of the top plate of the front-side housing constituent member and the inner surface 16 of the top plate of the rear-side housing constituent member 5 and is attached tightly to both the inner surfaces 14, 16 of them.
