PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet and a method for surely and easily preventing the degradation of concrete at a low cost while shortening a construction period. SOLUTION: This concrete repair sheet provided with an intermediate layer having a resin film, and surface layers formed of a cloth material and laminated on both sides of the intermediate layer through adhesive resin. The concrete repair method has sticking the concrete repair sheet to a concrete surface to be repaired, with an adhesive for construction, and applying a coating material to the surface layer on the side, opposite to the concrete surface, of the stuck concrete repair sheet.
